ADMISSION PROCEDURE AND FEE REGULATION

 

Registration:

            We thank you for making the excellent decision to admit your child in Venus Global Campus for the current academic year, and we encourage you to fill out and submit the registration form by paying the registration fee of Rs. 200/- (two hundred only). Thereafter, the admission in-charge will guide you with the formalities towards the entrance test/ interview and admission.

 

Entrance Test / Interview:

The entrance test will be will be conducted on the said date as per the marking scheme given below:

            The questions will be taken from the portions of the previous class they attended. The final admission will be based on the entrance test or interview with your child and also on the availability of seats.

Submitting Admission Application & Documents:


  • Once your child has passed the entrance exam or interview, you are requested to submit the following documents at the time of admission.
  • After scrutiny of all the documents and an entrance test or interview, the school will confirm your child's admission.

Documents required for admission:

·        Birth Certificate (Photocopy).

·        Community Certificate (Photocopy).

·        Transfer Certificate (Original) compulsory for admission into grade I to IX.

·        Child’s Immunization Record (Photocopy).

·        AADHAR (Photocopy).

·        EMIS Number from previous school.

·        Passport size photograph (child-5 copies, Parents-2 copies)

·        Copy of Visa/Permit (For NRI Students)

·        You are requested to fill out and submit the admission application by paying the fee of Rs. 1,000 (one thousand only) at the school office.

Payment of Fees

  • The school fees, transportation fees, and mess fees can be paid annually or in two installments. Please make a note of the due dates.

  • First-term school fees must be remitted either at any branch of Karur Vysya Bank using the prescribed challan form (which is issued at the school office) or in cash at the school office.
  •       Second Term School fees must be remitted in cash at the school office.

Fee receipts must be retained and produced as proof of payment, if necessary. Receipts must be kept safe.

  •        No fees shall be refunded, prorated, or transferred under any circumstance.

The school fee is subject to revision at any point.

Note: Parents who have paid the annual fees towards school, van and mess will be offered a concession of Rs.4,000/- (Four Thousand) from the total amount.
